Since 2012, the Falls City Education Foundation has been dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of students in Falls City ISD. Through innovative teaching grants and impactful programs, we work towards creating opportunities that inspire and empower the next generation.

Falls City ISD gifted and talented students had the opportunity to participate in an interactive, problem-solving adventure at an escape room, funded by a Falls City Education Foundation grant. This incredible field trip challenged the students' critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity in a real-world setting, offering them a unique learning experience outside the classroom.

The turnout was incredible, and seeing so many creative costumes and smiling faces made the event truly memorable. A big shoutout to all our participants – you brought the Halloween spirit to life!

Mrs. Harm's students are once again hitting H-E-B and putting their grant to good use! She reports "these trips have been a PIVOTAL part of their curriculum." The girls create lists for the items needed, then navigate the store finding the items they listed. They are learning to manage the cost of items with their allotted budget. With this FCEF grant, they were able to shop for healthy ingredients, learning valuable skills along the way. Not only are they making delicious meals, but they're also gaining confidence in budgeting, nutrition, and navigating less familiar environments.
A big thank you to our generous donors for making this experience possible! At Falls City ISD and H-E-B everything is better!
